| 1. We accept item exchange within 14 days after your receipt (according to the logistic information) of the purchased product which is confirmed defective. |
| 2. No refund will be accepted unless it is confirmed by OLENS HK. |
| 3. Free items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. |
| 4. Please confirm the items are in good condition and with correct color and power as you ordered before you open them. |
| 5. You can return/exchange the product you purchased at OLENS HK within 14 days from your receipt of the product if: - The product flawed or with any quality defects; - The color or power of the product you received is different from what you ordered. |
| 6. Each order could arrange return and/or exchange once only. |
| 7. In general, we only accept exchange products with same style and power. |
| 8. If the product has any defects, please keep the product and the package box before the problem is solved. |
| 9. If you received the product is different from what your ordered, please keep the product remains the same condition as it was purchased and in a condition that can be sold again, and the package box is not damaged or smudged. You can return/exchange the product you purchased at OLENS HK within 14 days. |

| Return/Exchange Service Process of OLENS HK |
| 1. Please drop an email to cs@olenshk.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days. |
| 2. Please provide your order details in the email: your name, order number, and the problems and photos of the products (if any). |
| 3. Quality defects (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within 14 days, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We will arrange a replacement after confirmation. |

| Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/Exchange/Refund |
| Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns/exchange : |
| 1. Products are received more than 14 days (according to the logistic information) ; |
| 2. Products defects are due to improperly use, including but not limited to, having been overheated, man-made damaged; |
| 3. Products' specification does not fit your eyes when the information stated on our website is correct. |
| 4. Products' color or effect are not as you expect/want when the product is correctly delivered to you according to the order. |
| 5. Products are not sold on OLENS HK. |
